ABOUT ME
Hi, my name is Sharon Clemmons. I’m a wife to a wonderful and supportive husband and a mom to two energetic young girls, and someone who truly understands what it means to pour yourself into everyone else until there’s nothing left for you. For years, my days were packed with caring for my family—cooking, cleaning, managing bills, making sure homework was done, and cheering from the sidelines at soccer practices and weekend games. I loved being present for my family, but somewhere along the way, I realized I had completely lost touch with me.
One day it hit me: I was showing up for everyone except myself. I had abandoned my own growth, health, and happiness. That realization changed everything. I began the journey back to myself, finding balance, rediscovering joy, and learning that caring for others starts with caring for myself first. So, I decided to follow my lifelong dream of pursuing my PhD in psychology. It has its challenges, but it’s worth it because it is for me. Now as a life coach, I help busy moms and dads do the same: slow down, reset, and reclaim their energy and sense of purpose by doing things that make them happy.
My mission is simple—to empower parents to nurture themselves as fiercely as they nurture the people they love. Because when you’re fully present, grounded, and fulfilled, everyone around you benefits too.
